Over 17 years of extensive knowledge in all aspects of elevator construction and modernization. Jesse Started in the industry as an elevator apprentice and then becoming a elevator mechanic. Jesse was promoted into a Superintendent position and then took roles with increasing responsibilities in new construction and modernization. Jesse then became part of a regional modernization team for a Global OEM overseeing a number of modernization projects across the US before joining a large elevator consulting company where he served as a Senior Associate and Area Manager. Jesse then Partnered with another construction company providing General Contracting before starting E2 where the main focus is Building Related Work and Elevator Consulting. He is also a Qualified Elevator Inspector for the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities. Jesse has successfully worked with building owners, property managers, facility managers, insurance firms and adjusters, university, hospitals and attorneys.
